Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome — this Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") describes the rules, responsibilities, and understandings between you ("Affiliate", "you", "your") and The Hiller Store ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an affiliate application or participating in the program you agree to these terms. This page is a plain-language summary and records the program rules; the full policies posted on our site (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Affiliate Program notice) supplement and govern where applicable.
1. Enrollment
- To apply, complete the affiliate application form. You may propose a desired username and password; accounts are only created after administrative approval.
- We review applications and may accept or reject them at our discretion. Acceptance may include identity or contact verification and compliance checks.
- Creating an account does not by itself guarantee commission eligibility; commissions are paid only for valid qualifying referrals as described below.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promote The Hiller Store honestly and accurately. You must not misrepresent products, pricing, shipping, or endorsements.
- Comply with all applicable laws, advertising rules, and platform terms (for example, social networks or ad networks you use).
- Do not engage in fraudulent activity, self-referrals, click fraud, or any manipulation intended to generate unearned commissions.
- Maintain accurate contact and payment information in your dashboard so we can process payouts and notifications.
3. Commissions, Tracking, and Payments
- Commission rates, qualifying products, and any special promotions are posted in the Affiliate Dashboard and may change; the current posted terms at the time of the referral control the payment.
- We use referral codes and cookie-based tracking to associate qualifying orders with affiliates. We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser privacy settings, ad-blockers, or network issues.
- Payouts are processed according to the payment methods shown in your Affiliate Dashboard. The minimum payout amount, payment cycles, and fees (if any) are displayed in the dashboard.
- We may deduct refunds, chargebacks, returns, or reversed transactions from your balance before issuing payments. We reserve the right to withhold payment for suspected fraud pending investigation.
4. Payout Methods & Geographic Restrictions
- Available payout methods are listed in the Request Payout page. For in-person pickup ("Cash"), payouts are restricted to the cities and ZIP codes we support.
- Current supported pickup locations include Nolanville, Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove and Fort Hood (by ZIP code). If your requested cash pickup ZIP is outside allowed areas, the request will be declined; please choose another payout method or contact support.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Do not use paid search ads bidding on trademarks or brand terms owned by The Hiller Store unless explicitly authorized.
- Do not create false or infringing websites, impersonate our brand, or use misleading domain names.
- Do not offer coupons or discounts in unauthorized channels or misrepresent coupon validity.
- Do not harvest personal data from customers or use scraping techniques to manipulate tracking or commissions.
6. Account Security and Credentials
- If you supplied desired credentials during application, we store them securely (hashed). We create the live AppUser account when the application is approved. If you did not supply credentials, we will generate login credentials and notify you by email upon approval.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Privacy & Data
- We collect and process personal data necessary to run the affiliate program (application details, contact information, payout data, referral activity). See our full Privacy Policy for details about how we use, store, and share personal information.
- By participating you consent to processing and contact related to the affiliate program, including emails about applications, approvals, payouts, and policy notices.
8. Termination & Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately for violations of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or abusive behavior.
- Upon termination you will forfeit any unpaid commissions for transactions we reasonably determine to be non-qualifying or the result of abusive conduct.
9. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, and content of The Hiller Store remain our exclusive property. You may use approved marketing resources we provide, and must stop using them on request or upon termination.
10. Liability and Disclaimers
- We provide the affiliate program "as is" and are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to the program is limited to amounts actually paid to you in the three months preceding a claim.
11. Modifications
- We may modify the terms of the program or this Agreement at any time. We will post updates to this page and/or notify affiliates through the dashboard or email. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where The Hiller Store is domiciled. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
